- Active client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship + 7 years (US tax obligations).
- Server logs: 90 days.
- Anonymized analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default).

Some of our providers process data outside the United States (for example, Hostinger's European servers or Cloudflare's global regions). When this happens, we ensure they comply with equivalent protection standards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent agreements.
