If you don't respond in time
The project pauses, it doesn't cancel. You're entitled to a pause of up to 30 calendar days at no cost or penalty. If after 30 days we still don't have your material, we re-quote or apply clause 14 depending on the case.
Four stages, a signed contract, and a timeline set in the Appendix. Every deliverable has a date, every responsibility has an owner, and every change is on record.
Same method for all services. The specific timeline for your project is signed in Appendix 1 of the contract and depends on the scope and your response speed.
You sign the contract and pay the initial 50%. You fill out a structured form with brand, access, content, and references. Without that payment and that material, we don't start: we say it clearly up front so the timeline doesn't shift later.
We work with a public preview from day one. You see how the site or workflow is coming along on a test URL and give us feedback in real time. We iterate in writing, no endless meetings.
Automated QA (speed, accessibility, SEO), manual review of every text and screen, and your final sign-off. You have 5 business days to accept the deliverable or request changes in writing.
You pay the remaining 50% and we publish to production. We hand over full access, the source code by whatever means you prefer, and documentation. The 30-calendar-day warranty begins.
The ranges are approximate. The exact date of each milestone is agreed with you before signing.
The project moves at the pace of the slowest piece. If you give us what we ask for when we ask for it, the timeline holds.
If it doesn't arrive on time, the project pauses. You're entitled to a pause of up to 30 days at no cost or penalty; past that, it's re-quoted.
Each stage closes with something concrete in your hands. Nothing is verbal.
A signed Appendix 1 with detailed scope, deliverables, a timeline with dates, and express exclusions.
A live preview URL throughout the build, with changes visible the same day we make them.
A QA report with speed, accessibility, and SEO results, plus a signed human-review checklist.
The site in production on your domain, source code delivered by the means you choose (file, USB, or your repository), full access to hosting, analytics, and Google Business, and usage documentation.
If you sign up for maintenance, the first month is free with active monitoring and an auditable monthly report.
We validate explicit compliance for your industry: HIPAA for medical and dental clinics (secure forms, notice banner, minimum retention), FTC §5 for testimonials and reviews (zero false or made-up content), TCPA if your business sends commercial SMS (written opt-in and a record of consent). The checks are documented in the QA report.
The data generated is yours from the moment it's created, even if payments are outstanding. The code and the project-specific deliverables become yours once 100% of the setup is covered. When the contract closes, we transfer full control of accounts and tools within 7 business days, at no extra cost.
These four scenarios happen on real projects. This is exactly what we do when they come up.
The project pauses, it doesn't cancel. You're entitled to a pause of up to 30 calendar days at no cost or penalty. If after 30 days we still don't have your material, we re-quote or apply clause 14 depending on the case.
We let you know in writing within 24 business hours with three things: what we found, its impact on timeline and cost, and two or three options to resolve it. We don't proceed until you choose.
We quote it in writing before doing it. No informal instruction becomes a mandatory expansion of the scope or timeline. Anything new is signed as an addendum to Appendix 1 and billed separately.
You pay for the work actually completed up to the cancellation date. You keep the code, the assets, and access to the accounts created in your name. Nothing is held hostage.
Five operational decisions we apply on all projects. They come from the contract, not from a brochure.
Appendix 1 carries concrete dates for kickoff, preview, and go-live in production. The deadlines are conditioned on your delivery of information, and that's in writing too. Without dates in the contract, we don't start.
The data generated during the project is yours from the moment it's created. Once 100% of the setup is covered, the code and the project-specific deliverables are too. When the contract closes, we transfer accounts and access within 7 business days.
Before every deploy, a hybrid review process runs: automated tests for speed, accessibility, and SEO, plus human manual review. If something doesn't pass, it doesn't go live. It's not optional and it's not skipped under deadline pressure.
From go-live in production, 30 calendar days to fix functional errors and differences from what was approved. It doesn't cover scope changes or new features, but everything that was delivered has to work as agreed.
The first month is free. From the second, a prepaid monthly subscription you cancel whenever you want by sending an email. There's no minimum commitment and no penalty for canceling.
Forty-five minutes. No pressure. We tell you exactly which stage applies first and a ballpark budget for your project.
